1. Diane’s show is suitable for  corporate functions, dinner dances, awards / presentation evenings, private parties, charity balls and fundraising events, weddings, birthdays, etc.,
AS WELL AS Motown/Soul weekends, Soul nights, allnighters, weekenders.

The show is suitable for venues such as hotels, marquees, restaurants,  cabaret clubs, specialist corporate event venues, and live music venues.

The show is suitable for age groups from 18 to 80+

2. The show can be completely self - contained. A top of the range PA and Lighting system can be provided, as well as a sound and lighting engineer.
The backing is produced  and provided via SHOWMAGIC production software, and stage lighting effects are fully synchronised with the music.
Full details can be found here.

3. Ideally, the only requirement from the venue for safety purposes is a raised stage approximately minimum 15‘ x 10’.  A suggested stage / room layout can be found here.

4. Clients should bear in mind that when booking a full band for your event, then expenses can sometimes run into hundreds of pounds, and many bands provide a ‘rider’ of requirements (food and drink) before they accept a booking.

Diane does not provides a rider, and does not demand refreshments to be provided for herself or the engineer, this should be at the discretion of the client.
Diane’s fee  will be the price for the set + accommodation (2) at the venue or locally, with no hidden extras or travel expenses.

5. If equipment is required, the set up of equipment usually takes between one and a half  to two hours, and equipment is usually taken down the morning after, this is to ensure a smooth running and professional event, and we guarantee not to be wheeling equipment through your guests before the event has finished.

Equipment will generally be set up in the afternoon and before 6pm, therefore access to the room will be required from approx. 4pm.

6. Unfortunately we do not accept bookings at upstairs venues, unless there are adequate and easy-access service lifts, as there are heavy equipment items which cannot be lifted.

Finally, we will be more than happy to assist in making your event as professional as possible, therefore all aspects relating to the above information can be discussed in more detail by contacting Andy Birkinshaw
